Goal Tutoring provides tutoring services and educational materials, including but not limited to content and practice tests, designed to enhance learning experiences.

All content provided by Goal Tutoring, including but not limited to written materials, practice tests, videos, graphics, and other instructional content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Goal Tutoring. This content is protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.

You may not:

Capture, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of our content or practice tests, including but not limited to written materials, videos, and graphics, without explicit written consent from Goal Tutoring.
Modify or create derivative works based on Goal Tutoring’s materials.
Use our content for commercial purposes, resale, or redistribution.

User Conduct

When using Goal Tutoring’s services, you agree to:

Use our materials solely for personal educational purposes and not capture, share, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without explicit permission from Goal Tutoring
Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the services provided by Goal Tutoring.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within seven (7) days from the date the invoice is sent.

We accept the following payment methods: Etransfer, PayPal, or credit card.
Any other forms of payment need to be discussed and approved by Goal Tutoring.
Invoices are sent using Invoicely.
All payments are processed securely through third-party services such as Stripe for credit card transactions or through your bank for eTransfers.
No credit card or payment information is stored on our website.
Goal Tutoring is not responsible for any additional fees that may be charged by third-party payment processors.
Goal Tutoring is not responsible for any privacy breaches or data leaks that may occur through third-party payment processors.
All payments are in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
If there is any issue with a payment, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the matter. Unresolved payment disputes may result in suspension of services.
